Butte College Mathematics Department is dedicated to providing a sound mathematics curriculum coupled with consistent and effective teaching and learning methodologies.
Our faculty constantly seeks to develop Mathematics and Statistics courses for a diverse body of students at both the certificate and transfer levels. The emphasis of our Mathematics program is to prepare students for transfer to a four-year institution or for career preparation in a vocational or professional field.
