A brief student orientation to CAS services is available at any CAS location upon instructor request. Complete this brief form to submit a request. A Learning Resource Specialist will contact you to make specific arrangements.

Reserving Rooms in CAS

We provide group study rooms on Main Campus and at the Glenn County Center. Students who would like to reserve a group study room can contact Amy Hughes, hughesam@92ujn.com

Chico Center students can reserve a group study room in the Library. Dan Buzan is the contact for CHC study rooms: buzanda@92ujn.com.

CAS Tutor

Faculty Recommendations

CAS hires student employees as Tutors, SI Leaders, and Front Desk support every semester. Qualified applicants are enrolled in at least 6 units and have a 3.0 GPA. To apply as a Tutor or SI Leader, students must also submit a recommendation from a Butte College instructor.

Test Proctoring

CAS currently offers test proctoring on Main Campus Tuesdays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Contact Amy Hughes (530-895-2808) for more information. CAS does not offer test proctoring during finals week.

Proctorio is an online testing service provided as part of the Online Education Initiative. More information can be found at http://evma.92ujn.com/tmi/
